Refund policy

Standard Returns:  We will gladly accept returns of ALL unused items within 30 days of delivery. If an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a full refund/exchange once your item has been returned! Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.

Items must be unused. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

Items with Manufacturing Defects: Products exhibiting manufacturing defects, such as cracking, are eligible for return. To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. Our dedicated team will assess the images to ensure a seamless return process.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us improve our products and services.

We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.  Please expect refunds to be processed within 5 days of receiving the item, but may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

Please note: our goal is to put a smile on your face!  If for some reason your items arrived damaged, or less than the best quality, please reach out to us.  We are here to help!

Please Note: All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. If you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact us with subject line: Faulty Item to hello@surroundingsmarket.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
